2003 Yield Response of Various Corn Hybrids

| Application rate: GoldStart 6-24-6 at 6 gallons per acre. |
| Planting rate: 32,984 seeds per acre. |
| Planting date: 4-23-03 |
| Harvest date: 10-4-03 |
| Nitrogen applied: 150 lbs per acre of 28% UAN was split applied. |
| Plot size: 15’ x 1281’ |
| Location: Northeast Iowa |
| RESULTS:
Nine of ten hybrids responded with higher yields with the application of GoldStart 6-24-6 in the seed row. Average yield increase of all hybrids due to the application of GoldStart 6-24-6 was 9.6 bushels per acre. All 10 hybrids had lower harvest moisture where GoldStart 6-24-6 was applied. Moisture reduction averaged 1.16%. |
